I received broken, damaged or incorrect Items

All orders dispatched from HF Angling are carefully packed and checked by 2 members of staff to ensure your delivery arrives safely with the correct items. If you do have any issues, please contact sales@hfangling.co.uk including as much information and ideally pictures too. If your package is damaged upon arrival, this will have happened in transit, it is therefore very important that you mark the delivery as damaged with your delivery driver.

How can I track my parcel?

If your order has been dispatched via a tracked delivery service, your tracking information will be emailed to the email address you entered when ordering or setting up your account with us. If you are struggling to find this information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

I cannot see my country listed for delivery?

We currently only offer our delivery service to Mainland UK via our website.

Stock Levels

If a product is in stock in our shop and/or warehouse you will be able to add it to your basket. You will only be able to add the maximum number of items that we have in stock. This is to ensure our service is fast and efficient and your order lands at your door as quickly as possible.

If an item is out of stock that you wish to order, you can still do so by pressing the button that says “Email me when available” and provide an email address to contact when the item is back in stock. Alternatively, you can call us on 01270 585679 to special order the item. This means we will order the item for you and get it to your door as quickly as possible.

If an item is yet to be released, you can “Pre-Order” the product in advance. Payment will be taken upfront and the most accurate release date possible will be displayed next to the product. By doing this you can ensure you are the first to receive brand new items that hit the market!

I don’t know what size I am?

Every manufacturer of fishing clothing offers a slightly different size guide, please check their official website for sizing information before placing your order. For information on returns, please click here.

I cannot find the item I want on your website?

Whilst we stock a huge range of the biggest and niche brands on the market, we cannot stock everything. If there is an item you would like, we can always special order it for you so please give us a call on 01270 585679.
